This is where you can keep track of any secrets or sensitive information your character knows about other characters or factions they are not in. At character creation you MUST ASK other players if you would like to list something about their character/faction here. Your character can also gain knowledge of others' secrets by participating in Espionage (described on the mechanics page) or being told by someone who already knows that information.
Factions — Your character can be in multiple factions. If they are, consider what kinds of conflicting loyalties they might have, and what secrets they might have to keep. Explain their role in each faction.
Relationships — Connections to individual characters. Lead characters must start with at least 3 described relationships to other player characters. You do not have to list every single character they know in passing (especially if they are in the same faction), just relationships that are interesting or significant.
